What paper do you use?
We print sizes A5, 20x25cm, A4 & A3 are printed onto 240gsm Fine Art Archival Paper.
Sizes A2, 50x70cm & A1 are printed onto 235gsm Matt Laminated Satin Paper.
All of our paper is sustainably sourced and FSC® certified.
What is gsm?
GSM is short for 'grams per square metre' and it tells you how heavy the paper is. The more grams per square metre, the heavier the paper – and usually, the better the quality.
Can I cancel my order?
As our prints are made to order cancelling your order may not be possible. Please contact us ASAP at hello@frameandsugar.com and we'll see what we can do.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Where can I find the tracking link for my order?
You will receive an email with tracking details from Royal Mail as soon as we've dispatched your prints!
For orders with larger frames, we use DPD & DX.
How will my prints arrive?
Your prints will be delivered safely in either a tube or a hard-backed envelope.
Orders with frames are sent in a smart box designed to absorb shocks in transit.
Can I upgrade my print with a frame?
Your prints can be upgraded with custom-made frames, made from high-quality, sustainably sourced wood and designer aluminium.
Frames are ready-to-hang, stylish and durable, featuring a smooth finish and strong MDF backing (instead of flimsy cardboard).
Frames also have premium synthetic glass that is lightweight, shatter-resistant, and crystal clear, ensuring your prints always look their best!
What are your delivery times?
Most of our prints are made to order. As a result, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. Depending on production times, your prints may be shipped separately. Please note that this timeframe starts from the day after your order is received and excludes weekends.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship our prints to many different countries across the globe. Shipping costs start from £12.99.
How should I care for my print?
To keep your print looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight and areas with high humidity. If your print is unframed, handle it with clean hands or gloves to prevent any smudges or damage.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used for any item on our website. They make a perfect gift for any occasion!
